Pre-Showing Questions

Due to the high volume of showing inquiries, and because of the variety of properties, before agreeing to any showings, we have a standard set of questions that we require all potential applicants to complete. No showings will take place prior to these questions being completed & then emailed back to us at hmrmost@gmail.com. These are the questions. 

What is your range of budget for rent?
When do you want to rent?
How many people are you? Are you one family or group of friends?
Do yu have pets?
For how long are you planning to rent?
Describe your ideal place including the locations.
 Would you like to be in the city or countryside?
What sort of jobs do you have? Or what is the source of your income?
What is your current address? And why are you moving?
What is your current rental per month?
How many rooms do you need?
Do you want the entire house or main or lower floor?
Do you any livestock?
Do you need a garage?
What is your contact number and email and what is the best way to reach you and when?
Do you need a barn?

Rental Application

After showings, if all parties decide to go forward, the next step is the rental application process. The standard OREA rental application form is to be completed and emailed back to us - along with latest Equifax credit report, letters of employment/proof of source of income + copies of ID for all applicants.
